Users are also responsible for all activities performed through their accounts. Snipsor reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
4. Booking Policy
All appointments booked through Snipsor are subject to salon availability and confirmation. Booking notifications may be sent through SMS, email, or push notifications. Salon partners reserve the right to refuse or reschedule services in exceptional circumstances or operational limitations.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the individual salon partner. Refund eligibility, timelines, and cancellation conditions are determined by the respective salon. Repeated no-shows, misuse of bookings, or abusive behavior may result in account suspension or restricted access.
6. Payments
Payments made through Snipsor must be completed using approved payment methods available on the platform. While we strive to ensure secure and reliable transactions, Snipsor is not responsible for payment failures, delays, or technical issues caused by third-party payment gateway providers. Prices, service charges, and promotional offers displayed on the platform may change at any time without prior notice.
7. User Conduct
Users of Snipsor agree to use the platform responsibly and lawfully. Users must not provide false or misleading information, abuse salon staff or other users, attempt unauthorized access to platform systems, engage in illegal activities, or upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content. Any violation of these standards may result in suspension, restricted access, or permanent termination of the user account.
8. Salon Partner Responsibility
Salon partners listed on Snipsor operate independently and are solely responsible for the quality of services provided, pricing, hygiene and safety standards, staff behavior, and overall customer experience. While Snipsor facilitates connections between users and salon partners, we do not directly manage or control salon operations and are not liable for issues arising from services provided by independent salon businesses.
9. Intellectual Property
All Snipsor branding, trademarks, logos, designs, user interface elements, content, graphics, software, and related materials are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or reuse any part of the platform without prior written permission from GLITCHBRAINER PRIVATE LIMITED or the respective rights holder.
10. Limitation of Liability
Snipsor shall not be held responsible for service dissatisfaction, appointment cancellations or delays, indirect damages or losses, technical interruptions, or actions performed by third-party service providers or salon partners. Snipsor reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate user accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions, misuse or abuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activities, or attempt actions that may compromise the security, integrity, or proper functioning of the platform and its services.
12. Indemnification
By using Snipsor, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Snipsor, GLITCHBRAINER PRIVATE LIMITED, its affiliates, employees, partners, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or infringement of any rights belonging to third parties.
